Cromwell questions

HI all, I have the Item Upgrade and Ruad mods installed and I am having trouble with upgrading / making some items. I have collected several "pieces" of items that can typically be made by Cromwell, but he does not offer to make them. I can only upgrade items I have. Am I doing something wrong or will he no longer make them? Thanks in advance!

With the Item Upgrades mod, Comwell will first scan through what you're carrying and see if you have any (major) components of the items that are added in Item Upgrades. He will then present you with a menu of said upgrades. If you want him to forge any of the items that are part of default BG2, you must select Option 1 on that menu, "All right, let's see what you can make, then," or some words to that effect.

Thanks Six! It is there alright. My only problem is I have screwed something up (the order of mods or what not) and the options I get at that point are tidbits of other conversations. I have had similar problems with Ruad. Makes it kind of exciting though as I never really know what I will get. LOL I might try reinstalling Item Upgrade. I had issues with the Boo quest and after reinstalling that particular part of UB it worked fine. I tried the same with Ruan, but no luck. Oh well, thanks again!
