Hey there. Just a quick question...

Slight spoiler for mid-chapter 2...

Do the Mycontids you meet in the sewers under the Copper Coronet have any significance? They seem really out of place with the rest of the sewer system. Are they a reference to anything?

WELCOME TO THE ESCAPE FORUMS ! ! !

And what about that minotaur, Adahn something? As far as I know, there is no mention of that anywhere in the game.
( It is myconid )

AFAIK they have no relation to the rest of the quest, to the sewer, or to the game. I consider it some kind of relic of something that was planned but not realized in the final version of the game.

Okay, but they look unnatural in the sewers. The scene itself does not belong there evidently. That's why the myconids in the sewers raise questions.

Actually, I think the sewers is the place you'd expect to find them, after all they seem to just be fungus with attitude... and don't mushrooms love growin in dark, damp places with lots of rotting gunge around?

Adahn is a name made up by the Nameless One from Planescape Torment. If you use the name Adahn for the Nameless One on more than 11 occassions while communicating with NPC's, Adahn will appear in the Smoldering Corpse bar.

As for the Myconids: they are there to die.

Yes, I know, I played that game.
I just couldn't recall minotaur's name, and it is similar to Adahn.
