Im waiting til the 2nd week in October. Start of the 3rd. Then we will know if its delayed.
And lets face it, 9 million subscribers, they are gonna be making a shit load of these. There will be enough.

If you have a gamestop or ebgames in your local area they will probably be doing the 12 midnight opening thing. Last year mine did it and since my neighbourhood is quite small, there was only a handul of people and a lot of copies. I wouldn't pre-order it online unless you're desperate.

Happened to me on plenty of pre-orders, I get the day before release.
But usually, I pay a deposit at the local shop - theywill let me pick it up at midnight, OR, collect it the day before (if i have it pre-ordered).

Technically, it's against the law for them to do this, since the release date is set and anything beforehand is considered piracy.

i know its against the law, but ive had it done with GTA3 + 4, quite a few games actually.
And with GTA3 i hadnt even pre-ordered, I just rang them up the day before and they said sure come down and get it
