Subtle changes

I've heard no announcement since the sea cave/level 12 update but I have since noticed a couple subtle things which suggest that Z still toils away at his fiendish opus and would like to know if others can confirm, deny, or add to what I've noticed:

There seems to be a surplus dracolich an level 12.
Ziroc seems to have added the ammunition patch.

My observations about the ammunition seem to have been coincidental

Of course, not knowing the actual selection algorithm makes testing difficult.
