Hmmm... I thought this was a repost on that seizure inducing flashlight, but I was wrong.
Very almost spy-tech. Now if they could make it operable without having to deploy into a recognizable gun form. Better still an LED flashlight array with a CO2 powered tranquilizer launcher.
