First thing... check out the FAQ link at the top
 Now, are you talking about quoting part of their message? Easy... hit the Quote button at the bottom of their post and away you go. You can then edit the stuff between the quote markers to remove parts you don't want, to add color or fonts, or to break it up into more quote boxes (by adding the open- and close-quote tags). Hmmm.... having said that, are you somewhat familiar with HTML? If so, it should be straightforward... if not, then start with that
