Choose your Mirror at this site (I would use the Gamers Hell site) was fast for me.
http://www.thief-thecircle.com/download.asp?fid=945 This is a new Fantasy FPS but isn't just a shooter at all. It is ALSO Made by Arcane Studios--the same people that made Arx Fatalis, and people that worked on the Thief and System Shock series. (Favorite games of all time). The video is in HD, and looks as good as if you were in game at your PC. It's 400MB, but I PROMISE you, it's worth it! 7 Mins long. It will be released Sept 2006 and uses the Halflife 2 Source engine! (HDR Lighting) and wait till you see the video.. my god I want it. Somebody must have gotten in trouble for it. The link didn't work for me.

Source is the most impressive engine on the market today... Half Life 2 was as good as shooters get. This could be the best M&M yet (and I've been playing them since the origonal).

That looks like it's going to be impressive... a little too FPS for me, but I'll be picking it up anyway, I suspect.
Very nice job on graphics and making the environment interactive!

Yeh, I don't like FPS games much (duh, see it, kill it. wee) But MAN, this adds loads to the way to take out monsters!
Those Orcs look a bit like the Goblins from Arx Excellent demoreel. I will buy it! |

I finally got it to work...Looks good, but I'm totally out of FPS games. Once I played Baldur's Gate, I couldn't look back.
