Mine's never off, it's always stand by, on a screensaver, or just online. I have ADSL, so it makes no difference to me. Except for when i leave the house for more than a few days. Then i turn everything off, including the TV, which is also standby continuously.

My computer makes too much noise, so I normally turn it off at night. I tend to keep it running during the daytime though, even when I'm not at home.

My comp is really too noisy to leave it on at night. But once I had to keep it running for 60 hours.
