Wolfgir's post title got me thinking. Who has ever had a situation in BG or any other rpg that a little made up axiom would fit. What kind of sayings could you make for fantasy buffs out there. I really liked the " A wolf in the kitchen is better than a golem in the fridge ". That was great. Anybody else have anymore?

Anyone remember that problem with Thalantyr's ex-apprentice, Melicamp, being turned into a chicken, and how there was a random chance of Thalantyr's spell either turning him back to normal or killing him? That brought to my mind the old adage 'Don't count your chickens before they've metamorphosed'...

Hmm we had a saying from when we played ADoD 2:nd edition, one saturday night I cast a grease spell with my useless bard agaisnt some trolls, and they all failed and the wizard of the party cast flaming sphere, and well fire and greased on a saturday night bacome the new "Saturday night special hehe
