The company that called themselves "AIDA 32" out of Canada has been changed to lavalys.com , and their upgraded system diagnostics tool for personal use is called Everest.

It's purchased version does more for you,
but the free version is good enough for me.

I figured some of you would want to upgdade your AIDA 32,
or if you never heard of this...well...this is a great tool.

I used it to print out an entire spec sheet of all my hardware and software inside my PC, so that in the event that my PC is stolen, I have the ability to ID any part of it.

It also helps to remind me what is in my system when I go shopping for new things.

I don't actively use AIDA, but sometimes it's handy around.

Yeah it is a good tool, I've had it for years. It was hard to find for a while, because of the change though, so this is good reference.

Another good one is SANDRA.

I used AIDA before, and Sandra even before that. Somehow I managed to forget about them when I had some PC troubles recently. Thans for the link Larry, this one is great!
