I just "discovered" his awesome comedy, and holy hell it's so frikkin funny... He came here and did a show last weeks, unfortunatly it sold out, but me firend went and told me he was just awesome, so I thought I'd check him out, went to the library... of all places and actually found 2 of his dvds there and I have been in stitches simply.

Anyone seen his bit about the Noahs ark and the bit about the Heimlich manuvre... which was at first just a gesture...

I was at first a little put of by his uniforms...(not that I have any trouble with transvestites... just seemed too gimmicky) but hell after a while you don't care. The guy is just too funny.

True enough, he is funny as sin.

There are some very good mp3's available on the internet of some of his performances. The audio alone is fantastic listening (I love the way he goes off on a tangent!!!).

Also particularly good is the video Eddie Izzard: Dressed to Kill.

I like his "European dream": riding a moped in Spain or Italy and going: CIAO!
