Can anyone conver my sig size?

My sig is too big. Can anyone convert it to smaller size?

I could do it, but you would have to make the pic alot smaller, or lose alot of quality to get it to 150kb.

I'm too much of a n00b to really get it done. But it seems like minimum frame already and the loose frames don't look that good already now.

But with such a big file, compression was never going to be good

Xen, I can't really see what Ronaldinho is doing there. All I see is the ball somehow passed in between his opponent's leg.
