I don't know, maybe. Are you using Firefox by any chance? Becuase Firefox decreases your text size AFAIk.

You probably accidentally messed with the mouse wheel. Hold Ctrl and spin the mouse wheel up and down until you get the size you want. Either that or click View -> Text Size -> (Choose).

No idea what you are talking about. If your using that internal browser IE, go to view and tweak your view size.
