From IWD to BG2

I've read that you can import IWD Characters to a BG2 game. How do u do that??

Welcome to IW.

Im not sure if it works, but i do seem to recall seeing that it was possible. Use IWDs export character function. Copy the character files to BG2's character folder.

Start a new game, and when you come to character generation select import instead. Select your character and import a normal. If you want to import more than one character youll have to start a multiplayer game instead of single player.
