Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this bug:
When I did the Twisted Rune the game game didn't pause when Shandalar warped in and delivered his speech. Somehow he ended up dying before he even left the table in the center of the room. I don't know how this happened because none of my PC's engaged him in any way and I had only a few Skeleton Warriors summoned in at the start of the battle. Needless to say I couldn't loot his body after it was all over. I didn't mind too much because the female mage spawned a Simulacrum and I got two Staffs of the Magi, one from each body [img]smile.gif[/img] . Has anyone else had this happen before? Did I miss any good/critical items by not being able to loot Shandalar? Will I be able to keep both staffs or will one vanish suddenly on me? Also I have noticed the game not pausing for dialog before this, does anyone know how serious of a bug this is? I have ToB installed with the latest patch and the ToB fixpack.

i also encountered the same bug when i installed tob. i encountered it in the bridge district in the lair of the lich (inside the tavern). im harrasing the lich and then i went out to rest for awhile but she followed me so there's no other choice but to givce him a lesson... i looted his body and found stuffs. when i went inside the lair i found him ther AGAIN so i killed him AGAIN and looted his body taking the same stuff. i sold the stuff in the promemade... for safety i guess i didnt use the stuffs. they wont affect your game for sure...
