Watcher's Keep Level 5 Bug (possible spoiler too)

When I turn the 3rd and final key that summons the beasties the game goes to the cut scene where they should all summon in but then the game hangs. I still have music and the characters and my summoned pets are all still moving and doing their normal "hanging out" thing -but it doesn't ever get to the point where the monsters get summoned and I never regain control of the game. I have to close it out completely and re-start.

Has anyone else expierenced this? and if so, how did you fix it?

A couple of additional items:
- the 3rd key worked fine before when I was attempting the hardest fight first (altough I lost the fight) I have since done the keys in the reverse order. When I tried the hard key first I had no problems (well, I did, but you know what I mean)
- I tried to summon a deva for the 3rd fight but was told that I couldn't summon another one even though the previous one was unsummoned AND it was over a day later in game time
- I had gated in a pit fiend for some "help" before turning the 3rd key

1) Have you downloaded the latest Official ToB Patch and the Baldurdash ToB Fixpack?

2) Was the previous Deva imprisoned?

your computer froze up because of three reasons a. your computer is slow or b. your cd -rom is dirty (or not working properly)or c. both of them. the patch that they release are only for crash and not for hang problems so it wont give you a solution for that thing, but the patch is worth downloading for your game's sake in the future. cheer up!!!!
