Can anyone tell me how many Dragons there are in the game and where they are located?

Red Dragon: Windspear Hills
Black Dragon: Suldanesslar
Black Dragon: Nine Hells
Silver Dragon: Underdark

I hate those dragons! uh, lets see.....Firkraag,the red dragon, is in the NE corner of the Windspear hills.
theres a Shadow Dragon when you rescue Mazzy and attack the Shadow lord at the temple ruins.
Irenicus has a black dragon, forget where it is, sorry
To get into Ust Natha, you talk to a silver dragon who is peaceful inside the dark cave in the underdark
I think thats all

Let's see..Dragons, if memory serve's their are 5
Fircrag, the red dragon (Dungeon in Windspear hills district)
Adalon, the silver dragon (Underdark)
Thax, the black dragon (Temple ruins outside Umar Hills)
Irenicu's black dragon (Sundalessalar the elven city)
And I think theirs only 1 more right at the end of the game in hell.

It is holding one of the tears of Bhall, but you only have to kill it if you take the evil path!

The one in hell is one of the tear quests. You can sneak by the dragon I believe, through one of the paths with a cloak.

That is a Shadow Dragon.

Also, the Hell Dragon is green, isnt it?

No, If you count counter clockwise starting at the door. The tear with the cloak is the 4th, and has a bunch of elder orbs. The Dragon is the 5th tear, and you can get the tear w/out a fight if you play your cards right.

And in ToB, there's four more, IIRC, Saladrex, Draconis, Abazigal, and the one outside Abazigal's Stronghold.
