I don't know if this has already been posted, but has anyone else heard that they added another verse to Humoty Dumpty, as it was so tramatic for little kids? Someting like:
"Humpty Dumpty opened his eyes, Falling from the wall was such a suprise, Humpty Dumpty counted to ten And Humpty Dumpty got up again" What do you think aboiut this? DS

Yeah, I know it's a bit weird, but apparantly kids got too scraed by the fact that Humpty Dumpty was dead and "couldn't be put back together again", so they scrapped that line and made it happy. I thought that the point of Mother Goose was to scare kids?

So now kids think they're invulnerable: falling from walls doesn't matter, since you'll just open your eyes and go on about your business. This is really sad....
