Does anyone recognize this?

Sometimes (doens't matter on which occasion, it could as well be during a party) I start to think about who I am, how I respond to others, and how others respond to me. I don't know why, and it's not that I want to think about it, but it just happens to me.

Funny thing is though, that many people tend to get worried when that happens. I usually sit around in a corner or on a couch or something, and just stare blankly through my eyes.

I was wondering if anyone else recognizes this, and if so what do *you* think about?

I have also tried that from time to time, when I were a student. Mostly it was because the party became boring to me, because it just looked like all the other parties I have been to.

I did it sometimes... feel very alone in 20+ people party, feeling like no one is interested in talking to you and start to wonder if you are really so repulsive and uninteresting...
I remember when I heard Creep by Radiohead for the first time I was feeling like that and when the song came on I felt like someone had opened my head up, read my thoughts and wrote a song about it... [img]smile.gif[/img]

It's not that I worry about it, it's just that I was curious if some of you guys did the same [img]smile.gif[/img] I'm not scared of thinking about myself, I actually enourage myself to do so, to enhance myself [img]smile.gif[/img]

I do that alot, actually. the annoying thing is, when you start thinking deeper thoughts, you(I) usually have a...funny, to say the least, expression on your(my) face. this results to alot of sniggering and giggling, which annoys me to no-end...

Depends if the music is too loud or not. If it's so loud that you just can't talk to anyone at all without shouting short sentences in their ear then I usually just zone out/get out of my head on drugs...
