Lonelyness

Is it just me or is lonelyness the worst of the bad emotions?
i mean when your angry, you feel powerful which is great. when your sad people try to cheer you up. when your depressed, at least your feeling something. but with lonely you feel empty, nothing at all. a wanting. i hate this feeling.

well...i'm off to download endless amounts of porn to try and cheer myself up...*wanders off*

Yea, I hate that feeling too... All you feel is like you need something, but you don't. A longing to be wanted. I know this feeling all to well.

A truly wise person once asked me to explore the difference between being lonely and just being alone.

Once I quit dwelling on lonelyness and became accepting of just being alone, I found myself becoming happier all the time.

Whether it is lonelyness or being alone, it does pass with time as do all things.

I, for one, believe that we aren't meant to be lonely, but at times being alone has purpose and meaning. I discovered I love to paint for example.

Looking for that purpose and meaning is a heck alot more rewarding than dwelling on lonelyness.

A little porn may not hurt either.
