Just curious to see what was the most damage ever dealt for you. For me, it was 127 damage by getting a critical hit backstabx7 with my Assassin Rats. It killed the troll alright.

Once I did 80 with a backstab which I think is the highest I've ever done.

Can't remember - but it was when I was 'confused' (and playing insane difficulty) so I did double damage and a critical => quadruple damage with my STR 19 figther - instant kill (can't remember on who (Valygar(?)) anymore - but it was a good laugh)
