Ok, first of all, what level are you? I personally wouldn't try that one until Chapter 2.
What I generally do is tell them I'm leaving (don't get riled to begin with). Then I web the place and then target the mage and imp with either area-effect spells (cloudkill or fireball), magic missile, or other missile spells. "Hold Person", Chaos, and other spells like that help on the other three, in case they escape the web. Keep blasting at them with missiles and spells until they drop. -Sazerac

Say you will leave then summon creatures and haste
take out the spellcaster first there is another very annoying creature (i don't know it's name but it's a dwarf or something like a dwarf),dealing much damage which you should kill after the wizard The 6th level druid and cleric summons (like fire elemental and aerial servant) will do this job without much of a problem |

You can do this fight straight out of Irencius dungeon if you want I managed to do it. Here's how- First I told them I'd leave which is important because it gives you time to prepare, next I had Yoshimo set traps(special snare) at the Dwarf with the warhammer. This dwarf is a very good fighter and will cause you alot of problems but Yoshimos special snare can cause hold person on the victim. After setting the traps I hasted my fighters and moved Yoshimo in a position to backstab the mage. I then backstabed him killing him. Everyone then went hostile and the traps triggered causing hold person on the dwarf. I then had my fighters take on the imp which can use alot of nasty mind spells on your party if you don't kill it quick. Once the imp was dead I attacked the thief who then ran away. Then I killed the Barbarian who was a wimp. Now I switched my attentions to the dwarf who was still held. My hasted characters killed him before the hold spell ran out.
Overall I'd say the important things about this fight are: 1)Disabling the dwarf- he will cut your fighters down if you don't if you don't have Yoshimo you can always cast the third level cleric spell hold person (as Sazerac mentioned) 2)Killing the magic users FAST- the mage and imp will cast alot of nasty spells if you don't and you probably don't have chaotic commands at this stage to counteract the mind spells they use. This just about somes up how I beat them, I hope this helps and good luck!

Actually, I like to concentrate on taking the Thief (Brennan Risling) out first, as I don't want him to get away.
True--area of effect spells are gold here, as all your enemies are contained in a relatively small area, and can't get away from the spell's effects. For the same reason, Lightning spells are good, as there's lots of walls for them to bounce off of. Bug here: The dialogue you have with Mencar Pebblecrusher (the Dwarf) does NOT pause the game--which I found out when I used a Wand of Lightning to take out Sorcerous Amon and Pooky. They both died, Smaeluv and Brennan went hostile and attacked--and I couldn't direct my party, because my Mage/Thief was in a dialogue with Mencar. the Barbarian and Thief were hacking at me while I was talking to their boss, and I had to finish the dialogue before I could fight back. Annoying.

(me swashbuckler/mage, Jaheira, Nalia, Mazzy, Anomen, Minsc) it took very long to take him out) for lower level parties he's a bigger problem. I didn't remember having problems with the imp but I used to lure them out one by one. He's a bit harder (annoying confusion spells)than I thought but an earley insect plague takes him out.
