Which is the best race for a solo sorcerer? I think it's the ELF, because he has so many immunities (to sleep...). What do you think?

I'd suggest an Elf too.
He's cooler, IMO, and the 19 Dex will give a +3 modifier to ranged attacks - including Melf's Minute Meteors.

Powergamer wise, yes. The Elf is considered the best choice.
