hey, you know the theme in gladiator that plays everytime maximus pics up earth (battlefield at the start with a deep brass sound and later on with a lighter sound) whats it called?

It's too long since I've been listening to that CD, so I'm not sure. One of the tracks is called 'Earth', so it very might be that one, #4.
However, IIRC, it is only played barely in the middle of one of the songs. Try track 13, Barbarian Horde.
