Can I do any quests in any order in SoA or there are some better be done later? For example, can I go to Firskraag quest after d'Arnise keep?

There no particular order required to do the quests so your free to complete them at your leisure. Although I recommend your at a reasonable level before tackling Firkraag's place.

Just a word of caution. Some quests do have timers, and it will be stated clearly in your Quest Journal. If it says within 4 days, then you must complete the quest within 4 days or fail. If no specific deadline is mentioned, then you can do that particular quest at your own leisure.

For a low level character, I recomend doing De'Arnise Hold before the others. It is the easiest of all the stronghold quests.

Renal Bloodscalp's quest IS easier, but only IF most of your Warriors have +2 weapons or better, and you have Keldorn, Viconia, or somebody who knows Breach.
For the De'Arnise Keep, all you need are a quiver of Fire Arrows and a Potion of Invulnerability.
