No idea how that got there, but I saw a picture once of a dead kangaroo impaled atop a telegraph pole in a town in the Northern Territory. It was after some major floods - I think it must've been swept along in the current and then got impaled.

My brother found an image on the internet somewhere that showed some guy playing some sort of ball game, and as he went to catch it, he impaled himself on a metal fence. Ouch!
