I saw a few bad ones, but I think the worst "costume" was a girl (about 14) who used red make-up to draw 3 freckles on each cheek. That was it. Nothing else. I have no idea what it was supposed to represent.
I also saw this poor little girl weraing heavy pants, a winter coat, gloves and a hat. On top of the hat she had a plastic tiara. This was, evidently, her "princess" outfit. I have to laugh, thinking about it. Poor kid. I guess it's hard to go trick-or-treating in colder weather. Conversely, what was the best outfit you saw? For me, I think it was probably a Borg. Where I am we never have trick or treaters but as I was taking a friend of mine home yesterday, right outside his front door was a tooth fairy. Buggered if I know why, but I thought it was supposed to be evil costumes and the like.

Best costumes I saw last night were a couple of my wife's co-workers dressed up as Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love (and they looked just like them, too...eerily so!), and a girl dressed as an Oompah-Loompah from Willy Wonka.
Worst costume I saw last night was someone dressed as a cheesy poor imitation of Michael Myers from the "Halloween" horror movies. -Sazerac

Sure they do! be careful, though, you might accidently get the foolish waste of ink known as "The idiot's guide to being a reformed Scrooge!"
