Demon Knight I Killed it in Durlags Tower What Now?

I killed the demon knight (or rather I damaged it and it killed its self with a fireball). I heared somthing about it being related to a cult in Ulgoth's Beared what do I do there and how do I find out about it? Also what do I do with the Ward stones the dwarf in UB has? Some one said it was to do with some acid place in Durlags Tower I think I know the area but I opened all the doors in the area so what do I do with them?

you take the dagger from the demons body and go to ulgoths beard

When u enter UB, these cultists steal the dagger, then they leave. You have to enter this building in the NW, and go to the cllar. there is a big fight. Good Luck!

Two different guys Dave!

One is the Demon Knight of Durlags Tower and he's a wuss... but the other, in Ulgoth's beard... hehe... is Aec'Letec. He is a bit of 'fun'.
