MSNBC is reporting that Saddam is offering to turn over one of the key figures in the '93 bombing of the WTC.

Sounds good doesn't it?

Wouldn't that mean that Saddam not only knows where this guy is, but he is also in a position to turn him over? Seems to me he has control over the guy, which makes me think there may be something to this Saddam/terrorist link after all.

Yep. You bet. Besides, why doesn't he cough up some real terrorists. We want 9/11 villains.

Probably because he can't.

I guess the masterminds of the 9/11 has moved elsewhere. They really don't wanna be in Iraq at the present moment.

Maybe he can't or maybe that would be too much of an admission to harboring them.

I'm not saying they are there because I don't know. I agree that Iraq isn't the place they want to be at the moment, but if they are there, he won't turn them over because it would be too clear an Al-Queta-Saddam link.

Well, Al-Qaeda people have been arrested in other countries aswell. Does that therefor mean that those gouvernments are in league with Al-Qaeda ? I don't think so. Simply because he can turn an Al-Qaeda member over doesn't mean he has control over them. Look, i'm not saying he has no link to them because i don't know but just because he has one person to turn over doesn't mean a link exists.
