Yes indeed, it is apparent that they want to do more than just beat each other with chairs, why else would warlords be opposed to peacekeepers escorting the officials.

Yes, while I can imagine (and laugh at) the image of Harper bashing Jack Layton with the Mace all the while yelling "Die you commie bastard!", these people should have some more self discipline.
