Even an elephant can be eaten one bite at a time That has always been one of my favourite sayings

It's obviously humility. After that.. all the others will follow.

Charity is the greatest virtue of them all. Sorry, you don't have that one listed.
Charity is a complex virtue, which contains the joining of several simple virtues, so maybe that is why you chose not to list it. If that is the case, then let me know and I will choose another one from the list.

Out of the ones listed I would have to say compassion.

Compassion. Certainly perseverence is the most important thing to have to get ahead in terms of worldly goods... but to get ahead in *life*.. To make friends and find love, you need compassion, first and foremost.
Honesty? Perhaps, but sometimes compassion requires us to lie.
Mental acuity? It's very nice to have, yes, but if you can't have that and compassion, you're sort of lost, too.

At least, that's my take on things.

The list is by no means meant to be comprehensive and exclusive. Say whatever you think.

This isn't meant as criticism, but our polls section is kind of empty, and this doesn't really seem to be related to any current events. I dread losing that board because of lack of post.
