As some of you know, I posted an article a few weeks ago talking about "Taming the File Sharing Beast." But this article is making me have doubts about comprimise between Music Swappers and Record Company Workers.

Seems to be bad, if you are a downloader in Aussie-land.

It seems that the Dutch government disagrees with everyone else so far, saying that the owners of the programs have no legal ties with what is done with their software. In that, I disagree. I think that the people that make the software are just as responsible as the people who use it. If a man buys a kid a beer, then gives it to a kid who drinks it...the kid is in trouble for drinking it, and the older guy is in trouble for aiding to the delinquency of a minor. He cannot say that he bought the beer, not knowing what the kid might do with it.
