Yeah, I'd go nuts alright Megabot!
My PC has been playing up bigtime the last 3 weeks, and I haven't had *time* to put in my new HDD yet. I was going to do it this weekend, but I'm now totally booked up every day/night until next Friday, when I will probably be recovering from a hectic week!

This happened to me once - the damn thing was under warranty (which surprised me, it was 5 years old.) SO seagate sends out another one, they sy itll be 48hrs till it gets here. Or something around that time anyway - two months till it arrived. Me trying like hell to find out whats happening - It was sent by courier so i should have been able to track it, of course they dont give me the package number, all theyll say is its on route. ARRRRRGH! And all the while me surviving on a 120 Mb HDD i had lying around from the dark ages. And no, you cant get windows running on 120Mb. To say nothing of BG....

I hate seagate. And after it arrived, it has a delivery note on it dated the day before it was sheduled to arrive (IE two months ago) saying it was urgent and needed to be delivered by the next day!

The Floppy drive in my pc once gave up all desire to live... and amazingly it dragged the whole pc down... its was like "If we are going to go down, we better go down in flames...". And I was living in a small town that had no computer repair shop and had to order a new one and it took 6 days... I was slipping slowly into madness... still have the scars...
