How come somtimes I get this folder in the C: drive! The folder is called Ncdtree and when I d/click on the folder it comes up with a notepad document called Navsysr. When I open it up it says somthing about invalid scandisk or somthing. I think it's usually after the comp. has frozen and I've had to shut it down manually. Any one know what this is about?

Do you, by any chance, have Norton Utilites installed on your PC? If I'm not mistaken (iinm), that folder is used by Norton - exactly what for, I don't know.

That's correct. It's used by Norton Anti Virus and needs to manually deleted after an uninstallation. You can delete it safely if you have indeed uninstalled Norton Anti Virus.
