I want to romance Viconia, though I am an elf. I now she doesn't like her own kind, but you can some how edit something to get her not being that choosy.

sorry. it says that it only enables half orcs to bang her, and I am an elf. besides, I have already started the romance, and doesn't want to start the game over just for this

Viconia is not an elf, she is a Drow, or a Dark elf.

Try this instead:
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("ViconiaRomanceActive","GLOBAL","1")
