Err, what about Hispanics? Don't have any jokes on that, we have a lot of Hispanics living in my area, they are very hard workers struggling to make a living in a foreign land. Family oriented, and down to earth people!
Hey, haven't met you before Pablo, so Nice to meet you! Hope you like Ironworks, stick around! ![]() |

I'll say Hispanics knew how to come up with some great tasting foods!
Between the Spanish, the Italians, the Chinese, the Greeks, & the (East)Indians, I am one deliriously happy woman when it comes to eating good food! ![]() Mexican specialties are at the top of my list though...fajitas, chimichangas, tacos....oboy! |

Ahem Julio you play around with the sound recorder way to much. Some of those words were to big for you to make up all by yourself.

You have them staked out huh? Making mexican food is easy. You just have to know the secret. Fry just about everything! Do they bake or fry their tortillas? I forgot.

I dunno! My mother used to make them right on the burner!
I like them paper thin. ![]() Fry everything LOL...my mom thought she could cook good Mexican food. She could cook good greasy food but that was about it! (and it wasn't even good! we're talking stuff not even the dogs would eat!) ![]() I like the spices...not so hot as jalapenos, but cilantro in the salsa...shrimp, beef or chicken seasoned for fajitas...I'm getting hungry again just talking about it LOL! Bad thing too because KHaN just finished off the rest of the taco meat from yesterday! [ 11-11-2001: Message edited by: Moni ] |

OK: Informal poll here: Which are better in your opinion: Corn or Flour tortillas?
(Corn gets my vote!) ![]() Cheers,

I know the feeling. My grandma is the same exact way. There are a lot of things she can cook well, but if any of them include grease as an ingredient I don't want to eat it. I like the spices, and Jalapenos are good. As long as they are mild. If they're hot my mouth will burn for days.
