I am writing a webpage, the problem is, the images in my web page doesnt stay together when I change the size of the window
say, I put ten images one next to another in a row, then I reduce the width of that window, the images at the end of the row are then displayed in a new row. how do I fix that? thank you |

Use tables.

Oh, well then you could try [div] layers, they let their contents stay in place what ever happens, they are quiet hard to do in HTML but programs like Dreamweaver is great to do them

250, it's your table borders.
![]() Either you'll need to use BORDER=0 in your tables or account for it in the width statements. What's happening is that you have BORDER=2 on your table adding in on each side of the columns (an additional 10 pixels) that's throwing off your table. So you'll either need to scale the total width of the table to 710 to account for this, or turn borders off. That's all. Cheers, ------------------ ![]() |

but the right column is not showing. any idea on that one? I set it as a background in the right < td > < /td > but nothing shows up by the way, the graphic for left and right column is so short, I have to set them as background in order to make them grow with the height of content. is there any other way doing it? thanks a lot, once again |

I see the right column, 250, don't you? ![]() My computer's set to 1024 x 768, but it should work in 800 x 600, which is what I was using at work, and I saw it there, too. However, the left column graphic isn't coming down. Setting it as background for the cell is fine, BTW, unless you want to import it into Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and jimmy the height. ------------------ ![]() |
