Well, I did a little hp trick in the first Bg to give him 125 hp without shadow keeper. He was a dwarven fighter thief with 25 constitution. So when i imported him, he had 250 hp!!!. My theory is, that because he had full constitution, and i didn't give him the full hp when leveling him up, they gave him it. But that's just me, but its really cool, but I'm not going to play with him, by the end of ToB, he'll have about 330 hp.

@gothmog: YOu can get 25 constitution by playing through the game a few times and using the tomes that raise your stats.
