Help me with image!

I'm having some real trouble getting my image to show up. I followed the instructions but it still isn't working. The image isn't showing up here instead it takes you to it. Help me! See what I mean for yourself.

Put [ IMG] at the beginning before http and [ /IMG] at the end after gif (but without the spaces after the [

That should display the image.
