Just found this site http://www.the-underdogs.org/ and it brought back a lot of memories!!
I've downloaded a couple of games and can't wait for another trip through Dungeon Master!!

I sometimes download games from there, most of them don't run in winxp though. The only thing I don't like about the website is that it'll only allow 1 download at a time.

Has anyone played Millennium: The Return to Earth, or as I remembered it Millennium 2.2? I downloaded it yesterday and had a go, but it crashed when I got attacked. Anyone know why or how I can stop it?
Cheers

One/Two words for the multitudes of games that won't work in XP Kakero: DosBox

and DFend as an easy front-end.

google em next time a game runs too fast, too slow, or not at all.

I like the Underdogs. I find I don't get really hooked on any of the games there, but if I need to kill off some time, I can run off a download of, say Sid Meier's Colonization, and play a game quick.

I find even just configuring it to run in 256 Colors and DOS mode works as well as anything, although in the past, I have used said DosBox, which has saved one of me favorites, Conquest of the New World.

Love the Underdogs! They have Axis & Allies Iron Blitz, Panzer General, Fantasy General, and more!

Wow, thanks for the link. I used to use this site about 6 years ago when I graduated, started working and was too poor to do much. Completely forgot about it but will be great to check it out again. Wonder if it's still really really slow
