Only thing I'd say is, that I believe that the releases will go very well, and they will sell however many units they make.
I reckon the reason they are cutting down, is due to release of the PS3. A lot of people might be pissed at buying two consoles within a year, especially as the PSP uses the old PS2 games, which will get phased out for the new PS3 games. Just because the PSP can't handle what the PS3 is gonna throw out!

I think they are cutting down production to increase the demand and as a result potentially squeeze a few extra dollars into the price. I'm gonna have to go on a saving fest. I want PSP, cuz it's portable, and I like playstation games. I'll also want to get PS3, cuz I'm running out of stuff to play on PS2. (not that I've played everything out there, but I'm very selective of my games.)
