Had this item at one time and now need it for a quest and I don't have it in my inventory. Can someone please help? A code and number so I can add it in my inventory? Thank you.

If you have a specific description of the item, you could probably cheat it into the game.

Like this

Hit the ~ while in game then type in
player->additem insertnamehere 1
