What/ where should I do/go next??

I've now got the Serenity helm, but not sure what to do now or where to go next...can someone suggest the best thing to do. I went to the South East Wilderness for something to do.

Also I have the head of Raven Rapax and a hart of a sorceress what are these for???

Should look for Marten. He's in the Sea Caves near Bayjin. You can get to Bayjin by the northern part of the swamp or by doing an Umpani mission where you have to rescue the umpani who disapeared underwater.

Bring the Rapax head to the T'rang ruler. The Heart of The Sorceress can be used by Ferro in the Templar Castle to make something special for you.

And yes, now that you have the helm, Bayjon is your next port of call.

Also who is Rex????

Rex is a friendly (green dot) Hogar who hangs out near the waterfall in the Wilderness Clearing. He doesn't talk much, but he'll fight with you in battles just like any other friendly roamer.
