Planescape: TORMENT (spoil)

I have passed through Clerk's and Lower Ward for twenty times now, talking to every NPC I have found, trying to find some clue to quests (kill me, kill me).
Where is the portal to damned witch?
How to gain access to Siege Tower (or is it a wrong lead?)?
I acquired key for Sybil, but she is gone, where is she?

Please, help me... AAAAAAHHHHHHHH

Ah, yeah, I was going from from Lower to Clerk's Ward when I was waylaid by The Lady of Pain and sent to maze. What my action triggered that?

You need to speak to Lazlo in the Market place to find out how to enter the Tower.

As for Sybil she should meet up with you after you leave the, Barking Dogs place and If I remember she rewards you with an Adders Tear.

Large spoilers ahead, you have been warned and this is a spoiler thread anyway.

Siege tower, talk to the furnace guy in lower ward market. You must have decent INT/WIS.

Portal to Ravels Maze:

The portal is the item you get from the Godsmen forge, using the ticket you get from your legacy, which is in the lawyer (or something like that) house in the south of clearks ward. Talk to deionarra and stuff to get it.

The key is a living piece of Ravel, or more specificaly a drop of blood from her daughter, who is one of the prostitutes in the Brothel. Youll need to talk to a few people including Ravel (Green Sensory Stone, house of sensation) to get it.

One further hint - after Ravels Maze you dont get back to sigil for an age. It would be wise to say the least if you were to lay in a largeish stock of charms. You can get some later, but shops arent always easy to come by in the outer planes.

Sybil - who is Sybil? Cant remember that one off the top of me head. Sorry. If its one of the prositutes remember they tend to wonder around into each others rooms and generaly by incredibly annoying and hard to find.

Lady of Pain - you must of worshiped her or annoyed her in some other fashion. Since one of your journals is in that maze its not a problem. This journal is optional so its not essential to complete the game.

Sybil is a girl in Tenement of thugs who asks PC to obtain a key and sneak out of the Tenement.

Maybe playing with that doll (lady of Pain doll)wasn't a good idea... But maze was not so hard (plenty of walking nonetheless).

Oh her, she just shows up when you finish the tenement. Maybe she died somehow. Anyway she dosent give you much, just an adders tear IIRC.
