umm i got an older PC but its fast and i bought Morrowind and it keeps saying that it can run in anything but 32 bit color but my video card only supports 24 bit is there anyway to run the game in 24 or 16 bit

No, there is no way to run the game in 24bit colour. You also have to switch your Windows-Desktop to 32bit colour.
