Hey - have a copy, have been reading about it a little, haven't played it yet. Does anyone else here have any experience with it? Any reviews/advice? Thanks!

what suprise me the most about this game is it doesn't have a party like other bioware games, in NWN you are solo only.

but then again I haven't got this game yet, should be getting this game within these few days.

From what I can see you can have hirelings, but yeah you only get to make one character. You can play online though with I think up to 7 other people in a party which sounds cool. Still would want to play it solo to get used to the game first.

*bump*

Still haven't played it but am reading alot on the web about it, their forum is amazing, so many posts there! Looks really cool, although in solo mode you can have only one henchman at once; multiplayer allows up to parties of 8 I believe.

Does anyone have links to any character building info sites for this game?

I NEVER play online RPGs. Is it at all worth it for me to get NWN?

Well there is a single player campaign included with it as well as the online mode.

Also if you ever wanted to design your own campaign there's a very extensive editor that lets you do just that.

I've gotten pretty hooked to the game, hadn't checked out D&D 3rd edition rules before it and now I find I really like what they did with them. I'm playing a few games back and forth to try different combinations of characters and hirelings, and trying to get the swing of it before I try it online. Designing the right character is pretty fun and addictive.

Personally I really like it and would reccomend it, it is the first game that finally took me away from Wizardry, haven't played Wiz 8 since I installed it =0) But that also has alot to do with being burnt out from many hours of Wiz 8 game time.
