Is there such a spell in Morrowind, I mean besides the manarape scrolls, and if so, where can I get it?

Bummer, so either raid lots of dungeon type areas to find manarape scrolls, or cheat and console them in if I really really want it.
such a spell would make atronach signed mage characters a most beautiful thing, oh well, I guess thats why alchemy was invented.
