Coprus problem

I have a small problem with the main quest. I've killed Dagoth Gares, but I did not get coprus disease for some reason(I've played the game before). I have saved since and am wondering if there is any way I can give my character coprus disease to trigger the next quest.
All help would be much appreciated,

It should be possible using console but how - I don't know. I tried Google and I haven't found the answer. I will check it at home.

What you can do immediately:
- Open the Game Editor and load the TES master file (or some mod if you have some).
- Check scripts ("Edit Script" - right, you will read the script, not edit [img]smile.gif[/img] )
- Dagoth Gares should have a script there, by means of which he should disease you.
- Note the diseasing command(s), close the editor, start the game and try the console.

Note also, that Dagoth Gares should set some journal variable to a certain value most likely. If he does that then you should set the variable, too.

Thanks for your help, I went back and did the quest and it worked fine, a problem with mod compatibility I think.

FYI, the script is "CorprusOnPC" and the needed commands are:

player->AddSpell "Corprus"
Journal A2_2_6thHouse 50
