Enchant Daedric Weapons

What would be the best enchantment to add to:

1. Daedric Claymore
2. Daedric Longbow

I started Morrowind one or two months ago and still haven't gotten the gist of many of the aspects of the game...

Also, do you have to buy the spells to enchant?

1) daedric claymore:

nothing, they suck. get a daedric dai katana.

2) nothing, unless it affects you, like constant effect improve marksmanship or something.

as far as spell goes, you must know a spell with the effect you want to have enchanted... for example, if you want to enchant with poison damage, you have to know a spell that does poison damage (any old spell will do, it doesnt have to be big). if you want an enchantment that will increase strength, all you need is a spell which will increase ANY attribute (say you know a spell which increases your intelligence, you can enchant with increase strength too).

oh, dont do your own enchantments... save up and pay to have them done.
