I have to steal this key to a manor for Habasai. I forgot the names but I can either steal it from the master of the manor or his servant in the Council Club. I don't have good security skill so I'm wondering if you guys can help me.

Just kill the servant in the council club. plus it's part of anotner quest.

Alright. Though it may be hard killing the other dunmer. One more thing I created my own custom class and I spelled it wrong and it really annoys me. Any way to change that?

Load up your new race mod in the TES: Editor and change it to the way you want. Save it and then put it back to the game.

You need to go see some Imperial Officer at Fort Moonmonth. Most of the NPCs walking around Balmora will tell you this little rumor if you ask them. He will give a mission to go kill some bad people and instruct you to talk to the head of the Thieve's Guild to find out who these bad people are. Once you find out who they are the go to the Balmara Council Club and Kick a#$ and take names. Watch out though. You could end up fighting four at once and get your head handed to you. But you can also get the key at the same time. Hope your taunting skill is good. Takes a while to taunt them into attacking you. Good luck!!!
